The DW Collector's Series Stainless Steel 6.5" x 14" snare drum has a lighter-weight shell than its steel stablemate, giving you a studio workhorse with a distinctive sound reminiscent of some of the classic brass snares of the past - only with less muffling required. This drum is rolled from pure stainless, and sports stainless steel True Pitch tension rods and nickel plated steel flanged counter hoops.
