The Performance Series is handcrafted with North American maple by DW in our California custom shop. Bearing all the hallmarks of custom drums, the Performance Series features HVX shell construction which produces warm and punchy fundamental with resonance and projection to spare. This kick drum features an 8-ply shell, quarter lugs, matching maple hoops, a 60' back-cut bearing edge, and TruePitch tuning tension rods.
