Here for your delectation is the SPECTACULAR AND RARE-------------HELLO, YOUNG LOVERS by RODGERS AND HAMMERSTEIN. THIS ITEM IS FOUND NOWHERE ELSE!!! DON'T LEAVE HOME WITHOUT IT!! DON'T STAY HOME WITHOUT IT!! Contains WORDS and MUSIC and CHORDS! "Hello, Young Lovers" is a show tune from the 1951 Rodgers and Hammerstein musical, The King and I. It is sung by Anna, played by Gertrude Lawrence in the original Broadway production; by Valerie Hobson in the original London West End production; and by Deborah Kerr in the film version (although voiced-over by Marni Nixon). The heroine Anna sings this song when she tells the wives of the King of Siam about her late husband, and sympathises with the plight of Tuptim, the Burmese slave girl and newest wife of the king. NOT TO BE MISSED!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! A FABULOUS COLLECTIBLE!! This is the OVERSIZED (it didn't fit in my scanner) softcover stated ORIGINAL EDITION FROM 1951. Other than minimal signs of age and a name on the cover, the SHEET MUSIC (not a digital reprint) is in excellent reading condition. There are no rips, tears, markings, etc. (see photo).
