They began by pairing a generously chambered mahogany body with a carved maple top. Next, Duesenberg loaded the body with a single Split/King humbucking pickup and a 3-way selector switch for a wide tonal pallet. The Senior features a hand-filling mahogany neck and a rosewood fingerboard.
